We are a recovery service for if you have experienced rape, exploitation, sexual and domestic abuse at anytime in your life and you live in the North and West of Cumbria. You can get in touch with us during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm, just call 01228 515859 and leave a short message with your name and contact number or use our Get Help page. We try and get back to everyone within 2 working days.
